Anisa

Customer Service Representative

Anisa has been working with pets since 2015, when she began volunteering at local animal rescues. She decided to work with pets due to her love of animals and her role model Steve Irwin. She currently has a Corgi named Kenobi and over 100 reptiles. She has a passion for the arts and spends a lot of time with digital art, painting and crafting. In her spare time, she also enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, cooking, working with animals, and spending time with friends and family. Anisa owns her own reptile business named Reptile Familiars. She travels to conventions all over California and U.S. She supports many conservation and animal keepers right organizations like USARK. Her love of dogs and snakes has led her to be very knowledgeable on breeds, morphs, origins, behaviors, habitats, etc.  

Nazli

Customer Service Representative

Nazli has been working with pets since 2021. She has always had a special place for animals and pets. Her dream has always been to become a veterinarian. She is in school right now on her way to make her dream come true. As of right now she does not have any pets but did previously own a Germen Shepherd named Rex. In her spare time, she likes to read, go to the beach with her friends. She also enjoys going to restaurants and cafes.

Ella

Customer Service Representative

Ella has had pets all of her life and she feels very comfortable with a variety of species. Working with them is a perfect place for her.  Her parents are big animal lovers too and she has been raised to be the same. She has one Shepherd/Lab mix, one Dusky Conure bird, one Rabbit, and two cats. In her spare time, she loves being creative, doing ceramics, and going to the beach. 

Aaliyah

Customer Service Representative

Aaliyah has been working with animals for 2 years and has always had a passion for working with animals. She loves being able to help injured animals and their families. It is important to her to make a positive impact in the vet field and help families that trust us with their companions. Currently she owns a French Bulldog named Myla, A Mini Schnauzer named Brutus, and an Italian Greyhound named Penny.  In her spare time she loves going to the beach with friends and family. She also enjoys finding new food spots/hang out around her city. 

Jasmine

Customer Service Representative

Jasmine has been working with pets for 2 years. She loves animals and went to school to work with animals. She was able to get experience working with all types of animals while she was in school. She currently owns 2 Shih Tzus named Emmy and Mack. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter and watch moves. She also loves anything green.

Office Manager

Susan has been working with animals since 1993. Her role as an Office Manager is to help make the client and pet experience the best possible. She loves to educate clients to help their pets live long healthy and happy lives. She enjoys working with staff to build their skills and passion for pet care. Taking pictures of pets and social media content is also something that she has a passion for and feels is a great way to stay connected with pet owners. At home, she has a Chihuahua named Chica. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, drawing, gardening, antiques, painting, and doing anything where she can be creative.

Jazmine has been working with pets since 2018. She began working with pets because she wanted to be the person to help give them the best life they can have. She loves being able to give the best vet She currently has 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 horse. In her spare time she enjoys riding horses, hiking, going to Disneyland, and catching up on her favorite shows.

Brandi

Registered Veterinary Technician

Brandi has been in the veterinary field since 2008 and has been working at AAA Animal Hospital since 2016. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2014 and is also Fear Free Certified. She started working with animals because as a child she always knew she had a special bond with animals, and she needed to be their voice. She loves her patients and coworkers. Currently her pets include 2 dogs, an American Bully named Tater Tot and a scruffy mix named Midgee. She also has 2 cats, Curry and Cruella De Vil, 2 conures Corky and VooDoo, and last but not least, a tortoise named Torreto. Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her husband and pets, dabbles in horticulture, hiking, and watching scary movies. She loves all animals, whether fur, scaled, or feathered. She has a special place in her heart for Pitbulls and senior pets.

Nicole has been working with pets since 2023. She has always loved animals since she was little. It wasn’t until she found her cat that led her to a path into the medical care of pets. Once in vet assistant school, she was able to do her internship with AAA Animal Hospital. After completion and receiving her vet assistant certificate, she started working with our team. Now she owns 4 cats named Iris, Mavis, Reeses, and Gizmo. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with friend and go to concerts. 

Nia

Customer Service Representative/Groomer

Nia has been working with animals for 15 years as a groomer and customer service representative. She loves animals and really likes to see them happy. She enjoys educating pet owners on how to best care for their pets. Nia owns 2 dogs named Ghost and Pepper, a cat named Riku, and 2 leopard geckos named Sir Isaac Newton And Marie Curie. In her spare time she loves to paint and cook recipes from around the world.

Alexandra has been working with pets since 2019. As A Customer Service Representative, she loves client engagement, meeting new people and building relationships. She loves to smile, laugh and talk especially about pets and pet care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her “Ausome” son Logan, family and friends. She loves to cook and will find any reason to eat good food and be around good people. Having life is always a reason to celebrate.

Veterinary Assistant

Elsa has been working with animals since 2004. As a Vet Assistant, she loves being part of a great team of people who are committed to helping animals and their owners live a happy and healthy life. She also enjoys client education and taking on difficult cases. She believes through client education, we can strengthen the human-animal bond. She has an 18-year-old cat named Piggy and last year adopted a 9-year-old Morkie named Echo. In her spare time she loves working with farm animals, works at a local ranch and tries to spend as much time as she can with goats.

Veterinary Assistant

Helena has worked with animals since 2021. She is a Vet Assistant and will be graduating UCR with a BS in biology and then is headed to Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in the fall to get her DVM degree. She began working with pets because she always wanted to be a Veterinarian. Her favorite part of working at this hospital is getting to see our patients leave happy and healthy! She also loves working with her coworker and feels your pet is always in the best hands here. She currently does not have pets but sees our patients like they were her own. In her spare time, she loves snowboarding, yoga, and reading.

Brenda has worked with animals since 2020. She has a Bachelors in Zoology. As a Vet Assistant, working with animals brings her joy and she loves to help them. She enjoys working in the hospital because she really likes working with clients and learning about animal health. She currently has one cat named Kiki. In her spare time, she likes going to the gym, planting, traveling, watching tv with her cat and spending time with family.

Alicia has been working with animals since 2021. She graduated from Vet Assistant School in 2022. As a Veterinary Assistant, she takes pride in her motivation, determination, and confidence in being the best assistant that she can be. She has a cat named Tip and Baku plus a Chihuahua named Bambi. In her spare time she loves to read and also practice and learn new things to better her skills as one day she hopes to become a certified veterinary technician.

Evelyn

Veterinary Assistant

Evelyn has worked with animals since 2022 and graduated from Vet Assistant School. As a Vet Assistant, she is happy being able to show her love and care of pet patients. She got into working with animals because she has always had a passion for animals but what led her into this field is to be able to contribute to their well-being and health. One of her favorite part of working in an animal hospital is getting to see all of the puppies come back as they come in for their boosters and watching them grow bigger each time. She currently has three pets named Khloe, Rambo and Tyson. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with her friends and siblings.
